SGIA Print Awards, 2018
GSP and it’s Great Big Pictures company made multiple entries in the 2018 SGIA Print Awards. These competitions challenge printers to push their expertise and equipment to the limits, and create outstanding examples of their work.
SGIA Golden Image Silver Print Award
“Trio”
The “Trio” print entry won a Silver award in the Fine Art category at the SGIA Golden Image Awards competition. The image was printed on 20-point styrene.
SGIA Silver Print Award
“Full Cycle”
The “Full Cycle” print entry won a Silver award in the Back-lighted Signs/Displays category at the SGIA Golden Image Awards competition. The image was printed on Milk Plexi and hand mounted and masked onto ½” Foamcore.
SGIA Bronze Print Award
“Hanging Lights”
The “Hanging Lights” print entry won a Bronze award in the Glass/Mirrors, Flat category at the SGIA Golden Image Awards competition. The image was printed on Mirrored Plexi.
SGIA Honorable Mention Print Award
“Berzerker
The “Berzerker” print entry won an Honorable Mention in the Unique Applications category at the SGIA Golden Image Awards competition. The image was printed on 100# commercial cover.
